The purpose of the Office of Educational Outreach is to administer, manage, facilitate, and deliver cost-effective contract courses and degree programs offered by the University of South Carolina to schools, districts, internal departments, and state entities while providing support for course participants and instructors. The Office of Educational Outreach also administers and manages contract courses and degree programs offered by units of the University of South Carolina.
