CarolinaCAP - Quarterly Report / Year Six : Q1

We are pleased to share the CarolinaCAP Year 6, Quarter 1 Report. This quarter highlights a 31% increase in our candidate pipeline, expanded preparation of Multicategorical Special Education teachers, and a growing statewide impact with nearly half of South Carolina’s districts now partnering with CarolinaCAP. Our candidates are helping districts reduce vacancies, strengthen instructional quality, and ensure students—especially those in rural and high-need communities—have consistent, well-prepared educators.
