The pathway provides nearly 1,500 special education students per year with a teacher specifically prepared to meet their needs.

A third of all current candidates have completed micro-credentials that assess and document advanced, effective practice with their students.

All special education teachers prepared through the pathway complete graduate level coursework to serve students well.
